By accessing or using Re-Prompts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the site.

2. Description of Service

Re-Prompts is an online platform that allows users to upload images and generate stylized text prompts, primarily for use in creative tools such as MidJourney.
Features include:
  • Image-to-prompt generation
  • Prompt tone and transformation customization
  • Prompt library and favorites
The service requires an active subscription to access.

3. Image Upload and Processing

  • Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP
  • Maximum file size: 2 MB
  • Uploaded images are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 6 hours
  • Images are processed using Google Gemini and Grok AI for the sole purpose of generating prompts
  • Images are not used for training AI models
You must only upload content you have the legal right to use. We reserve the right to block or remove inappropriate content at our discretion.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:
  • Upload or generate prompts from unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
  • Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service
  • Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Violate the terms of any third-party AI provider (e.g., Google Gemini)

5. Intellectual Property

All content and tools on Re-Prompts are the intellectual property of the service owner, unless otherwise stated. You retain rights to your uploaded images and generated prompts, but grant us a limited license to process and temporarily store them to deliver the service.

6. Subscription and Billing

Re-Prompts is a paid service:
  • No free tier is available
  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing through our secure payment provider
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access remains valid until the end of the billing period

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of prompts, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or abuse the service. You may also terminate your use at any time by canceling your subscription.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
