1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Re-Prompts (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Re-Prompts is an iOS and Android application that provides AI-powered prompt generation services using Google’s Gemini AI technology. The app offers free prompts for new users and subscription options to generate additional prompts.

3. User Accounts

  • Android: The App uses your Google Account for authentication and Firebase for data synchronisation across your devices.
  • iOS: The App uses your Apple ID for authentication and CloudKit for data synchronisation across your devices.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Options
  • Premium Subscription: USD$2.99/month for unlimited prompts, with a 3-day free trial
  • The free trial provides unlimited prompts for 3 days with no charges
  • After the trial period, the subscription automatically renews at $2.99/month unless canceled
4.2 Payment Processing
  • Android: All payments are processed through Google Play Billing. By making a purchase, you agree to Google’s payment terms and conditions.
  • iOS: All payments are processed through Apple’s StoreKit system. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple’s payment terms and conditions.
4.3 Subscription Management
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Android: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in Google Play → Subscriptions
  • iOS: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
  • If you cancel your subscription, you can continue using it until the end of the current billing period
4.5 Refund Policy
  • Android: Refunds are handled through Google Play’s refund process. To request a refund, visit Google Play Help. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
  • iOS: Refunds are handled through Apple’s subscription refund process. To request a refund, visit Apple’s Refund Support. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are subject to Google’s or Apple’s review and approval respectively.
Note: We reserve the right to deny refund requests at our discretion, except where required by law.

5. Usage Terms

5.1 Prompt Generation
You agree to use the prompt generation service responsibly and in accordance with these terms. The App reserves the right to limit or terminate service for users who abuse the system.
5.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to use the App to generate prompts that:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Contain harmful or malicious content
  • Promote hate speech or discrimination
  • Include personal or sensitive information
5.3 Rate Limiting
  • The service is designed to ensure quality and prevent abuse
  • Attempts to abuse the system may result in account suspension

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Re-Prompts and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you generate using the App. However, by using the App, you grant us a license to use, store, and analyze your usage data to improve our services.

8. Data Synchronization

8.1 Synchronization
  • Android: The App uses Firebase to synchronise your data in real-time, including subscription status, purchase history, and generated prompts and favourites.
  • iOS: The App uses Apple’s CloudKit to synchronise your data in real-time across all your devices using the same Apple ID, including subscription status, purchase history, and generated prompts and favourites.

9. Limitation of Liability

Re-Prompts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change our Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Re-Prompts operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Platform-Specific Terms

  • Android: This App is distributed via the Google Play Store and is subject to Google Play’s Developer Distribution Agreement.
  • iOS: This App is subject to Apple’s standard EULA and any additional terms required by Apple.
You acknowledge that these Terms of Service are between you and Re-Prompts, not with Apple or Google.

16. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including:
  • Google AI (Gemini) — prompt generation
  • Google Cloud Functions — prompt generation processing
  • Firebase — authentication, database, analytics, security (both platforms)
  • RevenueCat — subscription management (Android)
  • Google Play Billing — payments (Android)
  • Apple’s StoreKit — payments (iOS)
  • Apple’s CloudKit — data synchronisation (iOS)
  • Firebase Storage — temporary image storage (when OREF functionality is enabled)
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service.

17. Midjourney OREF Functionality

17.1 Optional Feature
The App offers an optional OREF (Object Reference) feature that allows you to include image references in your prompts.
17.2 Temporary Storage
When you enable OREF functionality in settings:
  • Your selected images are temporarily uploaded to Firebase Storage
  • Images are stored for a maximum of 24 hours and automatically deleted after that
  • A URL to your image is included in the prompt you copy from the App
17.3 User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
  • Ensuring you have the right to use any images you upload
  • Understanding that once an image URL is shared externally, it becomes subject to the recipient platform’s privacy practices
17.4 Disabling OREF
You can disable OREF functionality at any time in the app settings. When disabled, no images will be uploaded to Firebase Storage.
